At OkapiGlow, all orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Western Australia using Australia Post. We are committed to secure, reliable delivery across Australia.


📍 Shipping Locations

OkapiGlow currently ships within Australia only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Express Post

Express shipping is available at checkout and calculated based on weight and destination.

Express Post is recommended for urgent orders and special occasions.


⏳ Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

During peak periods (public holidays, promotional sales, Christmas), please allow an additional 1–2 business days.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post.


📦 Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Standard Post

Western Australia (Metro): 2–4 business days
Interstate: 4–7 business days
Remote/Rural Areas: May take longer depending on postcode

Express Post

Western Australia (Metro): 1–2 business days
Interstate: 1–3 business days (major metro areas)

📍 Tracking

All parcels include tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your parcel directly through the Australia Post website.

If you do not receive your dispatch confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder.


📬 Authority to Leave

If Authority to Leave is selected at checkout, parcels may be left unattended at your address.

OkapiGlow is not responsible for parcels once marked as delivered by Australia Post.

If you require signature on delivery, please contact us prior to dispatch.


❗ Delays, Lost or Missing Parcels

While we dispatch promptly, delivery timeframes are subject to Australia Post network conditions.

If your parcel appears delayed:

  1. Check your tracking link first.

  2. Contact us at care@okapiglow.com.au with your order number.

  3. We will assist by lodging an enquiry with Australia Post where required.


🏠 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.


🛍 Local Pickup

Local pickup is available.

Select Local Pickup at checkout.
You will receive a notification once your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.
